At a concert Tuesday night at the White River Amphitheater in Auburn Washington, Tim McGraw helped pull a belligerent man from the crowd and nearly kicked his ass. After the man was thrust on to the stage by McGraw and some security guards, it appeared as though he was lunging at the country music star. Tim grabbed his shirt collar and cocked his fist back like he was going to knock the crap outta him, but the drunk troublemaker was escorted from the stage rather swiftly. All the while the band was playing the song, “Indian Outlaw” When the scuffle was over Tim McGraw grabbed the mic and with perfect timing went right into the verse, “I ain’t lookin’ for trouble” What drama!

The world is full of dead beat dads and moms. You should be upset but you shouldn’t dwell on it. Your child is better off with a parent who loves them and takes care of them, even if it is only one parent. A person who knows he has a child and still doesn’t care doesn’t deserve the joy that being a parent brings. I have kids and I love it. I also love having a good time and partying. I do both things…Responsibly… Someone who can’t be a parent and be themselves too needs to stop having sex or get themselves spayed or neutered.

Hartford Connecticut Citizens Show No Sign of Humanity

A man crosses the street after buying milk at a local grocer. As he crosses he is struck by a car that seems to be chasing another car. He lies motionless in the street, paralyzed, while the citizens of Hartford do nothing. The driver of the vehicle that struck him is too busy effing around to stop and do the right thing, and the crowd of onlookers appear to just gawk as Angel Arce Torres suffers in the middle of the street in danger of being struck again. Chief Daryl Roberts released the video in hope of nabbing the hit-and-run driver saying to the citizens of Hartford, “We have no regard for each other.”

The “accident” occurred in broad daylight, about 5:45 on Friday, close to the downtown section of Hartford. It is the second crime, including the robbery of the Deputy Mayor Nicholas Carbone, in the city of about 125,000, this week, and it’s leaving city officials disgusted. “There was a time they would have helped that man across the street. Now they mug and assault him,” said the police chief. “Anything goes.”

Americans Can Reverse the Trend of Rising Gas Prices

Oil prices jumped Wednesday despite a stronger dollar and signs that U.S. demand for oil is fading in light of a slow economy and record prices.
Oil fell about $3 early Wednesday, but rebounded after Morgan Stanley’s co-head of global economics, Richard Berner, said crude prices could reach $150 a barrel this year.
Light, sweet crude oil for July delivery rose $2.18 to settle at $131.03 on the N.Y Mercantile Exchange. The contract fell $3.34 Tuesday, and was roughly four dollars off its all-time high of $135.09 a barrel, which it hit late last week.
Usually, there is a boost in crude oil future purchases just before Memorial Day as traders anticipate a strong beginning to the summer driving season. But since forecasts by motorist group AAA expected less traveling this Memorial Day weekend, analysts have noted that lower demand for gasoline may be a result of the record gas prices.

The U.S. DOT said Monday that Americans drove 11 billion miles less in March ‘08 than last year, marking the first decrease in estimated March travel on public roads since 1979. That decline is the steepest year-to-year drop for any month in the history of the agency’s reporting, dating back to the early 40’s.
It’s finally starting to look like Americans are getting wise to the oil companies and are limiting their travel. I remember when I started driving that gas prices were in the 99 cents a gallon range. I remember the first time it cost me $20 to fill up my gas tank it completely ruined my day. Now I’m filling up the same car for $39.

I do believe that Americans can help reduce the cost of gas by showing the big oil companies that we can limit our usage thereby reducing demand. There are easy ways to do it that don’t require staying of the roads like “driving the speed limit” I know it’s tough for people to do but give yourself a little more time to get to work or wherever and you’ll notice an increase in gas mileage. Simple vehicle maintenance is another way to get better gas mileage. Regular oil changes, changing air filters, and adjusting tire pressure are all ways we can reverse the trend of rising gas prices.

It’s Late Night With Jimmy Fallon!!!

It was finally announced that 33 year old Jimmy Fallon, formerly of Saturday Night Live, will replace Conan O’Brien as the new Late Night host. Conan O’Brien was the best choice to replace Jay Leno, and Jimmy Fallon is the best choice to replace Conan. But who is going to replace Jimmy Fallon in all of those dumb ass movies like Fever Pitch and Taxi? All jokes aside, I feel like Jimmy Fallon is the perfect choice because he already has a fan base, something that Conan O’Brien really didn’t have when he joined Late Night. I’ve always been a huge fan of Jimmy, but the one thing that would make the new show perfect is if his band is Pearl Jam!
